Take a hot air balloon ride
over the beautiful island
of Mallorca and experience
its stunning landscapes
from the sky. Your group
will be picked up very
early in the morning
and brought to the launch
site in Manacor. From
the beginning you can
help and learn how the
process works. The English
speaking pilots will give
an introduction and a security-briefing
before take off. |

The
balloons fly in the
same direction and velocity
as the wind and at
heights of about 1000
- 1500 feet. Contacting
Palma-Airport-Tower the
pilots are usually allowed
to climb until about
2000 feet. From this
bird’s-eye view
you will be able to see
the entire island and
maybe the neighbouring
islands Cabrera and Menorca. |

After
this elating experience
you’ll finally land somewhere
on the island of Mallorca
where the chase vehicles
will be waiting to pick
you up. On arrival at
the launch site you’ll
be greeted with a wholesome
breakfast at the nearby
café, or you can do what
the Germans do and have
a pint of cold beer!
Balloon baptism and flight
certificates are the
traditional end of the
excursion. |

A guide will be with you at all times to deal with any problems you may have and to make sure everything runs smoothly. Once you have booked with us we will devise a projected schedule for your weekend. If anything doesn’t suit you we will be flexible to any changes you would like to make. |

This activity is weather permitting, and it is only possible to judge if the conditions are right the day before your proposed flight date. If bad flying conditions are to occur we can offer the activity on the following day or offer an alternative activity, which can be arranged with you in advance. In the event that neither of these are possible, we will give you a 100% refund with our apologies. |
