Mallorca
has one of the finest water parks in Europe. Offering
the best water rides and most daring slides that only the bravest of
hens will want to attempt.
A coach will be waiting to pick you up from outside your hotel or apartment.
The journey to the water park takes you on a relaxing 15 minute trip
along the coastal road. |
| |
Upon
arrival you will be struggling to decide what to do first as there
is so much on offer. The water park is set in a large western town
and has 38 rides to choose from. Here you can experience an adventure
on the ‘Wild River’ or have a nail-biting trip down the ‘Black Hole’.
|
| |
And
if it's danger you’re after, there is the 30 metre high kamikaze ride
- aka ‘The Beast’ !
You'll reach speeds up to 100 kmh before splashing into the
lagoon below. Around the town you’ll also find plenty of areas and
pools to relax sunbathe and to nurse the hangover from all the drinking
the night before. |
| |
Every
hour at the park there are shows to keep you entertained. The cowboy
show is a knife throwing demonstration. You’ll barely be able to watch,
as the man throws knives inches away from his wife’s body. For the
more faint hearted there is the falcon flight
show, although many of you will be too distracted by the other birds
on display at the water park ! |
| |
The one to see, though, is the Oliver Water show, a diving exhibition which will leave you stunned ! The jaw dropping diving gets progressively more spectacular until its finale where a diver attempts a 100 ft jump into a small pool below. Crazy stuff ! |

Bring
swimming clothes and plenty of sun block. Cameras and water don't mix
(!), so please ask your Henorita
guide to take care of it and take photos for you. The amount of time
you want to spend at the Aqua Park is up to you - 3 hours is normally
enough. When you want to leave, the coach will take you back to the
hotel, via any bars or cafes if you feel like it. |
